Coffee Bar
We are a friendly neighbourhood coffee shop, in Hyderabad, offering high quality freshly brewed specialty coffee such as espresso based hot and cold coffees, and also manual brews like pour overs, cold brews, french press, and filter coffee. Our coffee beans used for the majority of our espresso based coffees have a medium dark profile in a custom blend of Arabica and Robusta to give a full bodied mouth feel. In addition we have other blends used in our manual brews that lean more towards a greater percentage of Arabica with fruity-nutty flavour notes such as Peach-Orange and Cocoa Almond. For those who love South Indian Filter Coffee, we have a blend of Arabica and Chicory with a syrupy body and tart acidity coming from lemon and vanilla notes.
Bakery
All our baked desserts and savouries at our coffee shop are made on site, with our own recipes influenced by classic French baking techniques, to bring a taste of freshness, quality, and simplicity. We do not believe in excessive extravagance and instead strive to offer a homely feel with high quality and taste. The majority of our baked goods such as cinnamon rolls, eclairs, muffins, tea cakes, chocolate cake, red velvet cake, lamingtons and brownies are eggless and made keeping in mind their complementary nature with coffee, so that it is easy to pair them with your favourite coffee drink or other hot and cold beverages.
Cafe
Our coffee shop in Hyderabad is not just about specialty coffee or freshly baked desserts, but also about preparing fresh food, using local ingredients. We offer an all day cafe fare including foods like omelettes, french toast, pancakes and waffles for all day breakfast; salads; light nibbles such as crispy fried chicken bites, garlic bread, and fries; and light meals such as pastas, sandwiches, burgers, and pizzas. The idea here is to make sure that the food is affordable, enjoyable, and tasty and we are always trying hard to keep improving the taste and quality of our food.
